For those who have shot the 500 you know this grip works! The exclusive Hogue Tamer™ pistol grip features Hogues' famous orthopedic hand shape with compound palm swells and proportioned finger grooves and utilizes an internal Tamer recoil cushion that dampens the painful recoil of magnum loads.

-Pistol grip also includes a sling lug on the base of the grip (not pictured).
-Pistol grip makes for better target acquisition in close quarters, around corners, and in tight hallways.

-Fits 12 gauge models only.
-Will not fit the new post-2006 Mossberg 500a's with the new cheap 'Field Grade' forends (you would need an adapter kit for this forend to fit). If you don't know what I'm talking about, I can send you a picture on request. Also, you will need a barrel nut adapter if your gun has a 6 3/4 inch tube here: MidwayUSA. You wont have a problem fitting this on 98% of Mossberg 500's.
